Day of Coordination-Starting at $800

Our day of coordination service includes an event coordinator and an assistant for up to 10 hours! From start to finish we will be there to direct vendors, run your ceremony, maintain the wedding timeline, direct guests, help clean up at the end of the night when possible, and assist with other miscellaneous tasks that you may need! Let us be your support system so you and your families can sit back and enjoy the day!

Month of coordination- Starting at $1200

This packages includes the day of coordination package and starting 30 days out from your wedding date we will assist with all of the last minute wedding tasks! We will reach out to all of your vendors to confirm their arrival times and double check that they have all of the information they need! We will also assist with the creation of the wedding timeline to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible! With this package you will have us at your disposal for any questions or additional support you may need in the month leading up to your wedding day!

Full decor set up- Starting at $1200

This package is for the bride that is bringing her own decor and needs a designated team to handle the set up on or before the wedding day! We will come in and set up all ceremony and reception decor so you and your families don’t have to! This package also makes a great addition to any of our day of coordination packages! Let us handle everything including your decor set up and ensure that your day is as beautiful as possible!
